it was "DIGITAL RAINFOREST - Music In The Woods!~ 2011 : A Decade Of Millennium ~" which take place at t Kem Isi Rimba, Ulu Klang, Selangor.
If u ask me, of coz im nervous..cant imagine that u have to show up in front of thousand people and play some music.. frankly i cant even move my hand to play some chord hahaha.. but i should appreciate this chances coz first of all im very lucky to get a slot to play in this such huge even, secondly,it was free. yep,FREE OF CHARGE, i didnt have to pay anything for this even, totally hundred percent free..we were given opportunity to play 3 songs for a limit of 15 minutes.. so me and KRONY which is the band that i manage to join around 3 weeks ago decide to play one cover song from J-ROCK-Harus Ku Akhiri and 2 our own compose songs called "Eezora and Mr. Reject".
The preparation is totally tiring bcoz we must keep doing rehearsal every week, a lot of effort and a lot of practice might do to minimize any stupid mistake and we try to enjoy playing the songs. but what i discover during 3 weeks playing with KRONY is, it is very hard at first to join them bcoz of the their different idea in type of music. of course i have to sacrifice a bit of my interest bcoz i have to change my ideology to other genre which must suit to what the band always played throughout their journey. i have to sacrifice my "my chemical romance" in exchange to memorize "J-rock's" songs..give up my "bullet for my valentine" and learn to play malay indie songs (in which i am totally into english songs).
it is hard but i manage myself to play all those songs bcoz i start to think about getting the experiences and improvise my skill in playing instrument.
